
Key Account Manager – Mobile Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the main liaison for Mobile Surgery decision-makers both within and outside of hospitals.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize Mobile Surgery opportunities related to C-Arms and Services.
• Collaborate with teams from Cardiovascular Fixed System, IGT-D, CV Ultrasound, EDI Cardiology, Out of Hospital Business Development, Precision Diagnosis, Connected Care Patient Monitoring, Account Executives, Specialists, Services, and Solutions.
• Create and implement growth plans, strategic initiatives, objectives, and targets for the territory.
• Formulate and enhance business strategies for key accounts, customers, and territories to meet sales goals.
• Document the installed base in the territory and devise plans for assigned accounts, including competitive accounts and segment strategies.
• Comprehend the market potential within the territory.
• Facilitate the sales process by identifying customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing champions, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Provide customer-focused solutions by understanding their needs and challenges.
• Travel extensively in a field-based capacity, including overnight stays.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, specifically selling directly into the operating room.
• Experience with capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience selling into Radiology is favored.
• Proven skills in Solution Selling and execution in a complex team selling environment.
• A BS/BA Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Capability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Candidates must live within commuting distance to Nashville or Knoxville.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
• US work authorization is required; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
• Must reside in or be within commuting distance to Nashville or Knoxville, TN.
