This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Propel the successful expansion of Qutenza® by utilizing a focused, adaptive, and efficient commercial business framework.
• Provide education to healthcare professionals regarding Qutenza®.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans that align with territory objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage with C-Suite executives and leadership across complex Integrated Delivery Networks, including Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), hospital systems, academic institutions, and private practices.
• Utilize CRM systems, data analytics, and organizational tools to pinpoint opportunities and enhance sales efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with executive teams at various locations to maximize care sites and ensure ongoing access to Qutenza® for eligible patients.
• Deliver comprehensive product access, education, and application training to healthcare providers and their teams.
• Establish and uphold long-term partnerships with key customers, staff, and national/regional Key External Experts (KEEs) as a trusted advisor.
• Create influential networks across specialties such as Endocrinology, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, and others.
• Explore Alternate Sites of Care to address account requirements.
• Overcome challenges and prioritize solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Commit to continuous learning to become a clinical pain market authority and share insights with peers and cross-functional partners.
• Promote transparency, trust, shared commitment, and accountability within the team.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic key account management within the pharmaceutical or medical sales sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Proven success in achieving outstanding sales results through a patient-focused approach.
• Expertise in promoting specialty or buy-and-bill products across various sites of care, including clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, and government facilities.
• Experience in pain management, specialty pharmaceutical launches, or biologics.
• Background in buy-and-bill or specialty product promotion, including the use of Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances and embrace innovative ideas.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Clear understanding of the unique needs of healthcare stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and payors, within the designated territory.
• High self-motivation and determination to succeed.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical, business planning, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as business needs dictate.
• Must reside and work within the assigned territory.
• Availability to attend all company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrates the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and trust.
• Takes personal accountability for actions, results, and contributions to organizational success.
• Operates in full compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• Incentive compensation target of $55K, contingent upon meeting plan requirements.
