This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee both German and international merchants from a commercial and technical perspective.

• Convert merchant concepts into innovative features.

• Enhance merchant performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Controlling team.

• Identify and strategize deal offers.

• Work in partnership with current merchants to improve their marketplace listings.

• A university degree in economics, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training.

• Preferably, prior professional experience in e-commerce.

• Outstanding communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a strong inclination for teamwork.

• Creative thinker with excellent conceptual skills.

• Strong numerical skills.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.

• Ideally, knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch at a CEFR C-level.
