This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve sales objectives and foster business expansion.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and formulary committees.
• Navigate Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Academic Medical Centers to enhance product accessibility.
• Support healthcare provider champions and health system leaders in implementing treatment protocols for RRP patients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, market access, and medical affairs teams on sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Keep up-to-date with clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market dynamics.
• Deliver product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals.
• Assist hospitals with onboarding processes and formulary approvals by providing necessary documentation, clinical data, and value propositions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback; adapt sales strategies as necessary.
• Relay customer and market insights to internal teams.
• Maintain precise records of sales, customer interactions, and product inventory in CRM tools.
• Develop local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory.
• Create detailed account plans for targeted IDNs.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within a hospital and large IDN selling environment.
• Strong grasp of IDNs, Buy & Bill, 340B, and hospital formulary approval processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and promoting business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license free of violations that meet our Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of oncology treatments, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in oncology, cell and gene therapy.
• Preferred experience in ENT/Otolaryngology.
• Preferred understanding of ultra-cold chain distribution.
