Key Account Manager – Healthcare/Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth while sustaining current sales and profitability from existing accounts.

• Discover new opportunities and enhance sales efforts.

• Indirectly oversee the development of new products.

• Strengthen relationships with assigned clients while meeting company goals.

• Create marketing strategies, business plans, and new product initiatives for assigned customers.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Establish and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.

• Identify and leverage new business opportunities within designated territories or target markets.

• Represent the company’s brand, products, and services effectively.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments.

• Collect and report on customer feedback, competitive activities, and industry trends.

• Negotiate pricing, volume, and terms with customers.

• Provide volume forecasts and sales data to Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams.

• Set product pricing based on value proposition and market trends.

• Finalize new business deals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing management is required.

• Preferably, experience within a manufacturing setting in Healthcare or Filtration-related sectors.

• Background in non-woven and/or film is preferred.

• Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales forecasting systems is necessary.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.

• Capability to build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• A team player mentality.

• Willingness to travel approximately 45% of the time.
