Key Account Manager – Healthcare/Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Increase sales while preserving current revenue and profitability from existing clients

• Discover new opportunities and enhance sales within designated accounts, regions, or target markets

• Indirectly oversee the development of new products and strengthen relationships with assigned clients

• Formulate marketing strategies, business plans, and new product initiatives for assigned clients

• Ensure ongoing communication with customers to meet their needs effectively

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through strategic sales approaches and customer interactions

• Develop and sustain a qualified lead pipeline

• Establish and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process

• Recognize and leverage new business opportunities

• Represent the company's brand, products, and services with professionalism

• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other divisions

• Collect and report customer feedback, competitive actions, and industry trends

• Negotiate pricing, volume, and terms with clients

• Provide volume forecasts and sales data to Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing for capacity planning and production scheduling

• Determine product pricing based on value proposition and market conditions

• Secure new business through effective negotiation


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing management is mandatory

• Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within Healthcare or Filtration sectors

• Background in non-woven and/or film is preferred

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and/or Sales Forecasting systems is required

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications

• Capable of building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up capabilities

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exhibit patience and professionalism in customer interactions

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel approximately 45% of the time

• Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally on the manufacturing floor

• Capability to perform prolonged sitting, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, manual dexterity, distinguishing letters, occasional lifting, and utilization of office equipment
