• Strategically oversee key clients within the Logistics & Mobility domain, specifically targeting grocery retail.

• Assess customer requirements and technical product specifications.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions.

• Formulate and execute both strategic and operational account plans.

• Manage customer project coordination.

• Lead negotiations on pricing and contracts.

• Ensure the successful implementation of agreed-upon actions.

• Offer expert technical advice to clients.

• Cultivate and enhance long-lasting customer relationships and a robust professional network.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Maintain consistent personal engagement with key stakeholders.

• Continuously analyze competitors and extract insights for the customer strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in key account management.

• Preferred background in logistics or grocery retail.

• Proficient in English.
