This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel the growth of Qutenza® through a Focused, Adaptive, and Efficient commercial business strategy.
• Provide education to healthcare providers.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with C‑Suite and executive leadership across complex Integrated Delivery Networks, including DoD, VA, hospital systems, academic institutions, and private practices.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with territory objectives and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM systems, data analytics, and organizational tools to uncover opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with C‑Suite and executive teams across multiple locations.
• Transform accounts into optimized care sites to guarantee ongoing access to Qutenza® for eligible patients.
• Offer assistance with product access, education, and application training for healthcare professionals and their staff.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key customers, staff, and national/regional Key External Experts (KEEs).
• Establish influential networks across various specialties and develop Alternate Sites of Care to address account needs.
• Overcome challenges with resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Commit to continuous learning to become a clinical pain market expert and share insights with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Promote transparency, trust, and a collective commitment to the organization’s success.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic key account management within pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results through a patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in promoting specialty or buy-and-bill products across various care settings (clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities).
• Experience in pain management, specialty pharmaceutical launches, or biologics.
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill or specialty product promotion, including the use of Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances and embrace innovative ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the unique needs of healthcare stakeholders (KOLs, payors, etc.) within the assigned territory.
• High level of intrinsic motivation and ambition for success.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical, business planning, and presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required by business needs.
• Must reside and work within the designated territory.
• Availability to attend all company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Exhibits the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and trust.
• Holds oneself accountable for actions, results, and contributions to the organization’s success.
• Operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• Target incentive compensation of $55K (contingent upon meeting plan requirements).
