Key Account Manager – Convenience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with major Convenience accounts in the designated territory.

• Ensure product availability, optimal shelf positioning, and high visibility.

• Discover opportunities to broaden product offerings, refine shelf placement, and boost sales volume.

• Create and implement customized sales strategies and in-store promotions.

• Align account strategies with overarching company goals to maximize brand visibility.

• Collaborate with the category management team to optimize product assortment.

• Establish and refine pricing strategies to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.

• Work in partnership with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.

• Propel sales and market share growth within the Convenience sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or category management.

• Preferably experience within the CPG industry and convenience channel.

• Proven experience managing key accounts and driving sales in convenience store or retail settings.

• Competence in analyzing sales data and market trends.

• Ability to formulate actionable strategies for account growth and profitability.

• Effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Capability to perform efficiently in a remote work environment.

• Must reside in North Texas.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Strong computer skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
