This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive the successful expansion of Qutenza® through a focused, adaptable, and efficient commercial business model.
• Educate healthcare professionals and develop as well as implement strategic account plans.
• Engage with C-Suite and executive leadership within complex Integrated Delivery Networks, including DoD, VA, hospital systems, academic centers, and private practices.
• Create and execute strategic business plans that align with territory goals and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM systems, data analytics, and organizational tools to identify opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Build relationships with C-Suite and executive teams across various locations.
• Develop accounts into optimized sites of care to ensure continued access to Qutenza® for the appropriate patients.
• Provide support regarding product access, education, and application training for healthcare providers and staff.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers, staff, and national/regional Key External Experts (KEEs).
• Build influential networks across multiple specialties and develop alternative sites of care.
• Navigate challenges and prioritize solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Pursue continuous learning as a clinical pain market expert and share insights with peers and cross-functional partners.
• Foster transparency, trust, and a shared commitment to organizational success.
• Travel within the assigned territory based on business needs.
• Attend company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.
• Operate in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in strategic key account management within pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven success in delivering exceptional sales results through a patient-centric approach.
• Expertise in promoting specialty or buy-and-bill products across clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities, and various sites of care.
• Experience in pain management, specialty pharmaceutical launches, or biologics.
• Background in buy-and-bill or specialty product promotion, including Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of the unique needs of healthcare stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and payors, within the assigned territory.
• High intrinsic motivation and a strong drive for success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical, business planning, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory based on business needs.
• Must reside and work within the assigned territory.
• Ability to attend all company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.

• Incentive compensation target of $55K (contingent upon meeting plan requirements).
