This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Establish trusted, long-lasting partnerships with key PSAD organizations throughout France.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that promote sustainable growth and customer success.
• Act as the primary strategic liaison for designated accounts.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance partnerships and foster business development.
• Propel commercial performance and revenue expansion across the portfolio.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contractual agreements.
• Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, and business data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Track account performance using KPIs, forecasting, business reviews, and performance analysis.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support patient care pathways by collaborating with PSAD organizations and healthcare professionals.
• Organize educational initiatives and training programs for healthcare teams and PSAD nursing staff.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Work in conjunction with CDSS, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, strategic planning sessions, and operational reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a patient-first mindset while ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Report directly to the Country Manager for France.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in French and professional-level English.
• Experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of the French healthcare landscape and PSAD environment.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare stakeholders and navigating intricate healthcare systems.
• Experience in the diabetes market is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial insight, including account planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively across France and regularly visit customer sites, partner organizations, and internal meetings.
• Commitment to compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Significant ownership and autonomy over a national territory.
