This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee designated territories and secure new business by establishing reliable relationships with Data Center Operators and/or Facility Managers.
• Spot opportunities and transform them into sales.
• Illustrate the financial benefits of Sunbird products and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee success within the territory.
• Maintain enterprise customer relationships.
• Seek new business opportunities and advise prospective customers on mutually advantageous solutions.
• Achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals through pipeline development and high win rates.
• Lead the creation of solutions that address end-user needs while aligning relevant company resources.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for both new and existing accounts.
• Employ proactive and consultative sales techniques to enhance market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on customer account status and performance through CRM.
• Engage in industry and promotional events, such as trade shows and conferences, to nurture customer relationships.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software applications and managing major accounts.
• Enthusiasm for technology products.
• Capability to quickly grasp new technologies and understand them at a high level.
• Established business development process and skill set.
• Experience in both channel and direct sales.
• Familiarity with pre-sales activities is advantageous.
• Proven, referenceable success in managing and developing significant C-level accounts.
• Strong skills in account management and relationship building.
• Knowledge and experience in multi-level selling and account management within large corporate accounts.
• An existing network of data center infrastructure managers, directors, and VPs for gaining access.
• Ability to engage and consult with customers while delivering educational value.
• Formal training in strategic/solution sales methodologies, such as Sandler, Challenger, Strategic, or SPIN.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Exchange and CRM systems.
• Candidates must reside in Texas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
