This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Administration of applications and treatment processes: You will manage the businesses and water treatment facilities (wastewater treatment, cooling systems, boilers, and process applications) for clients in the assigned area.
• Account management: You will maintain and enhance the existing client portfolio in key sectors of the region (food, heavy industry, chemicals, and energy).
• Technical service: You will provide agreed service levels by collaborating directly with the client to monitor and optimize their water treatment processes.
• Growth and prospecting: You will identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Market development: You will design and implement an active prospecting plan to attract new clients in the territory.
• Strategic relationships: You will establish strong relationships with technical, engineering, and purchasing managers, acting as the main link between the client and key functions within our organization.
• Comprehensive reporting and performance: You will conduct regular service and sales tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety objectives, credit management, and the implementation of new technologies.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technologies, or Environmental Sciences (or equivalent years of relevant experience).
• Experience: Proven solid experience in selling chemical products for industrial water treatment.
• Commercial skills: Experience in consultative selling with a clear focus on meeting customer needs and achieving strategic objectives.
• Personal competencies: A dynamic, self-assured professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for operational excellence.
• Languages: Strong and fluent knowledge of both Spanish and English.
• Mobility: A valid driver's license and full availability to travel within the assigned region.
