This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and enhance the Sobi Nephrology business in Poland by executing the local strategy for Aspaveli and additional products as required.
• Take charge of customer networking and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assume full responsibility for assigned products, aiming to meet revenue targets and sales goals.
• Dedicate 80% of work time in the field, supporting business activities and engaging with key customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in both local and international congresses.
• Adhere to SOBI CRM and other operational systems.
• Collect, archive, and report field activity data while applying key-account principles in the CRM.
• Ensure local customer needs and market demands are adequately addressed.
• Effectively manage and allocate assigned resources.
• Take part in designated HQ project groups and support SOBI's global and local business initiatives.
• Provide insights regarding local market needs and competitor activities.
• Engage in planning and contribute input related to assigned products.
• Monitor stock levels and anticipate future needs to ensure adequate supply.
• Complete all mandatory initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, complying with them.
• Operate in accordance with GxP (GCP, GVP, HCC).
• Report to CM and management per SOBI requirements and standards.
• Participate in relevant regular teleconferences and meetings.
• University degree level education.
• A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a marketing or sales role within an original pharmaceutical company.
• Ideally, at least 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager with innovative drugs reimbursed by Drug Programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder project management, delivering results on schedule and within budget.
• Flexibility and capability to manage change while operating in uncertain environments.
• Experience in key customer relationship management.
• Skills in management and negotiation.
• Basic understanding of tender procedures.
• Ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
• Knowledge of local health systems and decision-making processes.
• Capacity to think creatively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good command of the English language.
• Category B driving license.
• Willingness to spend 80% of time in the field.
