This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and expand the Sobi Nephrology business in Poland by executing the local strategy for Aspaveli and potentially other products.
• Take charge of customer networking while managing ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee assigned products to meet revenue targets and sales goals.
• Dedicate 80% of work hours in the field to support business activities and engage with key customers and stakeholders.
• Attend local and international congresses.
• Utilize Sobi CRM and other systems efficiently.
• Gather, archive, and report field activity data using key-account principles in the CRM.
• Address local customer needs and market demands.
• Manage and allocate the assigned resources effectively.
• Participate in HQ project groups while supporting global and local business plans.
• Provide insights on local market needs and competitor activities.
• Assist in planning for assigned products.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future supply requirements.
• Complete necessary initial and ongoing training while adhering to local regulations and policies.
• Operate in accordance with GxP requirements, including GCP, GVP, and HCC.
• Report to the CM and management following Sobi standards and requirements.
• Engage in regular teleconferences and meetings.
• A university degree or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of recent marketing or sales experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Key Account Management experience with innovative drugs reimbursed by Drug Programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Flexibility and capability to adapt to change in an uncertain environment.
• Experience in key customer relationship management.
• Proficient management and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of tender procedures.
• Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities effectively.
• Knowledge of local health systems and decision-making processes.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in English.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Willingness to work in the field 80% of the time.
