This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and engage in mandatory safety programs.
• Oversee assigned Strategic and Growth accounts within the designated channel.
• Formulate multi-year growth strategies that align with customer innovation roadmaps.
• Establish executive-level relationships across innovation, procurement, regulatory, and marketing sectors.
• Lead collaborative business planning processes when appropriate.
• Safeguard and expand current revenue streams.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities within ingredient families.
• Uphold pricing discipline and ensure margin integrity.
• Work in conjunction with the Customer Success Manager on demand forecasting and order consistency.
• Discover new ingredient prospects within current customer accounts.
• Participate early in formulation development cycles.
• Progress opportunities through defined CRM pipeline stages.
• Coordinate technical, regulatory, and marketing assistance to expedite conversions.
• Maintain a clearly defined target account list.
• Create structured strategies for market penetration.
• Engage with strategic prospects that align with channel growth objectives.
• Drive new logo acquisitions that align with portfolio strategy.
• Organize support from R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing for key initiatives.
• Elevate strategic opportunities through relevant governance forums.
• Ensure internal alignment for high execution velocity.
• Maintain precise CRM data hygiene.
• Provide dependable revenue forecasts.
• Meet revenue and margin objectives.
• Participate in the annual business planning process.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods, sales, or a related area.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in nutraceuticals, specialty ingredients, or B2B health-related sales.
• Proven success in managing sales of $5M+ with strategic account portfolios.
• Capability to navigate scientific and regulatory discussions.
• Experience handling complex, extended sales cycles.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within North America.
• Experience selling to DTC, Practitioner, MLM, or CPG brands is preferred.
• Ideally based in the Western region of the U.S.
