This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate strategically with the Sales team to guarantee customer and patient success within the large-account segment.
• Enhance customer and account performance by tracking registration volume, device inventory, satisfaction, clinical effectiveness, and workflow efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams concerning assigned customers.
• Coordinate with billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care stakeholders.
• Provide training to customers on iRhythm service tools, such as ZioSuite and MyZio.
• Address customer issues in a timely manner.
• Continually assess processes and customer workflows.
• Recommend process improvements and additional technologies to enhance efficiencies.
• Manage, onboard, and support assigned accounts.
• Attend and assist in key customer meetings and Sales Quarterly Business Review sessions.
• Build and sustain relationships with accounts and the internal Sales organization.
• Lead or engage in strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
• Conduct in-person account management activities as necessary.
• Monitor and relay performance trends across assigned accounts.
• Create action plans to enhance account performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in the healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology sectors.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Proficient in communicating, presenting, and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-level personnel.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in CRM, Salesforce, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptionally collaborative, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and present clear, actionable information.
• Understanding of applying key performance metrics to foster commercial development.
