This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Support, develop, nurture, and sustain iRhythm’s highest-volume accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving and surpassing KPIs.
• Provide valuable services and advocate for internal solutions that enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate strategically with Sales to ensure the success of both customers and patients within the large account segment.
• Track and assess registration volume, device inventory, customer and patient satisfaction, clinical effectiveness, and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care teams.
• Educate customers on iRhythm service tools, including ZioSuite and MyZio.
• Address customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze processes and customer workflows, recommending efficiency enhancements through process and technology improvements.
• Manage, onboard, and provide continuous support for assigned accounts.
• Attend and assist in customer meetings and sales Quarterly Business Review sessions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the internal sales organization.
• Lead or engage in strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
• Conduct in-person account management activities as required.
• Monitor and report on performance trends, developing action plans to enhance account performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology setting.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Capable of communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, including Salesforce, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present clear, actionable information.
• Understanding of how to apply key performance measurements to foster commercial development.
