This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Ensure the implementation of Off-Premise sales strategies in a designated territory within a state.
• Build robust working relationships with key off-premise accounts.
• Analyze channel data to formulate compelling selling narratives and programming initiatives aimed at enhancing distribution, shelf management, and product assortment.
• Identify new key account prospects and execute strategically significant initiatives.
• Utilize tools to drive and assess sell-out data within key accounts and throughout the market.
• Implement in-market programs at targeted key accounts.
• Conduct a survey of the account landscape and establish account and portfolio segmentation.
• Dedicate approximately 75% of time in the market cultivating key accounts.
• Provide Distributor teams with insights to execute Campari portfolio strategies and achieve depletion, visibility, and account growth objectives.
• Address market voids and Distributor performance challenges.
• Leverage, educate, and support Distributor teams in executing brand strategies.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on program implementation.
• Collect field feedback regarding POSM needs and opportunities.
• Allocate approximately 15% of time to Distributor Management activities.
• Partner with the Off-Premise Channel Manager during business planning and monthly forecasting sessions.
• Manage a designated budget and communicate investment requirements.
• Review post-evaluation reports and sell-out data for ongoing enhancement.
• Dedicate approximately 10% of time to planning and analyzing channel data.
• Deliver in-person presentations about Campari brands and portfolio.
• Access, review, and analyze online data for key accounts and assigned regions, typically four days a week.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in on- and off-premise alcoholic beverage sales in the New York Metro area.
• Experience in a three-tier distribution market is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• A solid understanding of business financials and experience in budget management.
• Strong capability to develop and sustain effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product sales and the ability to craft persuasive selling narratives to enhance distribution and volume sales.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while working with a multi-brand portfolio.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve results by influencing others.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data analysis tools such as VIP, Compass, and Diver.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills alongside strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and drive results through others.
• Must reside within the designated geographic area for the role.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and extended hours as necessary.
• Must possess a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
