Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate sales performance, customer profit and loss, and essential business key performance indicators to guarantee achievement of volume, pricing, mix, and profitability objectives.

• Cultivate daily interactions with key clients, ensuring outstanding collaboration and seamless execution of product assortment, visibility, promotions, and in-store initiatives.

• Discover and nurture new business opportunities, enhancing customer outreach and fostering sustainable growth.

• Spearhead portfolio and promotional activities, including new product development launches and management of in/outs, ensuring robust brand positioning and optimal distribution.

• Prepare for and facilitate annual negotiations, aligning business strategies and commercial terms with the Bolton Czechia framework.

• Perform regular market and competitive assessments to enhance pricing strategies, distribution channels, and brand visibility.

• Collaborate across various functions, including marketing, finance, and supply chain teams, to ensure the smooth execution of business objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Senior Manager and work in close partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG companies, traditional trade, and retail chains.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, “can-do” approach.

• Hands-on attitude, problem-solving skills, and a spirit of teamwork.

• Customer-centric and collaborative, possessing the ability to forge strong partnerships.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).

• Fluent in Slovak and possess a good command of English.
