This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Strategically oversee, enhance, and profitably expand business for designated commercial and consumer fleet clients.
• Serve as the primary Key Account Manager for specified fleet customers within an assigned region.
• Manage replacement sales at key dealerships, achieving replacement sales TBR objectives.
• Evaluate operational feasibility and supply logistics by assessing direct supply against strategic distribution partners.
• Present business proposals to management for new potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, Finance, sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, credit, and collections.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted fleet clients and identify new business prospects.
• Maintain a documented Business Development Plan utilizing Bridgestone IT platforms.
• Contribute to strategies for fleet growth, sales, marketing, retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution.
• Support contract renewals and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Advocate for Bridgestone and Firestone products and mobility solutions.
• Assist in planning for OB, RBR, and the Mid Term Plan.
• Organize and lead regular and quarterly strategic customer review meetings.
• Ensure proper Bridgestone and Firestone stock levels at service providers.
• Identify new commercial and consumer business opportunities with dealer management teams.
• Establish and negotiate annual and quarterly rebate agreements within set guidelines.
• Assess service levels and implement KPIs where necessary.
• Set account budgets and manage the setup of new accounts, SLAs, contracts, and tyre fitment policies.
• Own the end-to-end process to guarantee payment to all stakeholders.
• Pursue profitable new business opportunities, particularly in TBR, RET, and HRD.
• Keep clients informed on product advancements and related activities.
• Provide support to Finance regarding promotions and rebates.
• Attend shows, promotional, and hospitality events.
• Undertake special projects and ad hoc sales duties as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• 5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of account management experience or demonstrated capability.
• Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership qualities.
• Proactive mindset.
• Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels and externally.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and organize effectively with strong attention to detail.
