Junior/Mid-level Back-end Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and uphold back-end APIs and services utilizing .NET Core 8+

• Conduct occasional maintenance on legacy systems built with .NET Framework 4.8 and ASP.NET

• Apply business rules in accordance with domain-driven design (DDD) principles and architectural best practices

• Create integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability

• Work with SQL Server, employing stored procedures and data access best practices (Dapper)

• Assist the team in incident investigation and resolution, ensuring maintained quality standards

• Adhere to security standards relevant to the credit card industry (PCI)

• Collaborate within development teams servicing multiple clients in the financial sector

• Create high-availability APIs and services for digital promotions, raffles, incentive campaigns, and cashback

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and the latest versions of .NET Core

• Experience in developing REST APIs

• Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) principles

• Familiarity with Dapper and SQL Server, including stored procedures

• Version control experience using Git and Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of security protocols: JWT, OAuth2, secure coding practices, and OWASP fundamentals

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Preferred: experience with RabbitMQ and Cloud Tasks (GCP)

• Preferred: familiarity with Redis

• Preferred: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)

• Preferred: understanding of mTLS and MLE (Message Level Encryption) concepts

• Preferred: ability to optimize SQL query performance

• Preferred: intermediate knowledge of front-end development (SPA)
