This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Prepare and monitor French human resources documentation, including contracts, appendices, amendments, and renewals.
• Assist in payroll preparation and manage Deel operations daily, including leave, absences, and expense claims.
• Oversee the administrative follow-up of absences in collaboration with managers.
• Address employee inquiries and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates’ motivations and professional attitudes.
• Present the DotWorld project, respond to inquiries, and persuade candidates to join the organization.
• Facilitate a seamless candidate experience and ensure all candidates receive responses.
• Organize pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including Deel workflows, welcome kits, and first-day experiences.
• Manage the employee equipment lifecycle, access permissions, and passwords using 1Password.
• Maintain mailing lists and internal collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate with external partners, especially Deel and partner workspaces.
• Identify simplification opportunities and implement automation, AI, and documentation for HR processes.
• Test, evaluate, and refine improvements.
• Seniority: Junior – 0 to 2 years of experience, including internships and work-study placements.
• Initial experience in human resources, recruitment, administration, or communications (internship or work-study placement) is required.
• Experience in client-facing roles, candidate interactions, or sales is highly advantageous.
• Interest in digital tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace) and a willingness to learn how to utilize an HRIS and an ATS.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and accurately.
• A people-centric mindset with a strong focus on service.
• Willingness to learn, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.

• Proficiency in English at the B2 level or higher, as evaluated during the recruitment process.
