Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into business needs and define the skills, qualifications, and job specifications for virtual assistant positions.

• Identify candidates via online job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.

• Evaluate resumes to pinpoint qualified applicants and align candidate experiences with client requirements.

• Perform initial interviews and assessments to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Organize and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring effective communication, feedback, and updates.

• Oversee and monitor candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Assist candidates through negotiations, offers, and the onboarding process.

• Stay updated on trends in the VA industry, best hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

• Work alongside the recruitment team to enhance hiring strategies, streamline processes, and boost recruitment performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with a sharp attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Internship or on-the-job training (OJT) experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is advantageous.

• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is beneficial.

• Experience with ATS or recruitment software is a plus, though not mandatory.
