This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as a technical authority for Salesforce teams, providing guidance and facilitating communication across various roles and levels of seniority.
• Recommend solutions that align with both technical and business challenges.
• Implement and advocate for software engineering best practices in accordance with architectural standards.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to promote alignment and effective communication.
• Document technical solutions and decisions comprehensively.
• Assist in the technical growth and development of fellow engineers.
• Engage in both upstream and downstream processes across multiple squads.
• Perform integrated end-to-end (E2E) testing to enhance quality, observability, and reliability.
• Design integrations between Marketing Cloud and various backend systems.
• Develop and utilize metrics, logs, and monitoring tools to optimize journey operations.
• Pursue and implement feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS.
• Experience in creating Custom Activities, Journeys, and Automations.
• Skilled in importing and exporting data within Marketing Cloud.
• Competence in editing creatives and scripts.
• Knowledge in establishing Data Streams, Data Models, Calculated Insights, segmentation, and activation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud.
• Understanding of data modeling, governance, and development for both Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Insight into data modeling, including entities and relationships.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in utilizing APIs.
• Capable of building Cloud Pages.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations, automations, APIs, and scripts effectively.
• Awareness of data governance, deduplication, and identity resolution practices in Data Cloud.
• Proficient in presenting to Product and Technology Leaders.
• Strong ability to engage business stakeholders and related disciplines in the decision-making process.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• 14th and 15th fixed salary payments.
