📋 Description

• Engage with business users to understand reporting requirements for designing dashboards and reports.

• Analyze business reporting needs and convert them into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.

• Provide guidance to business users and technical team members on the creation of reports and dashboards.

• Create dataflows and lenses within Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

• Set best practices and standards for the development and deployment of dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.

• Define operations and refresh protocols based on a globally aligned data strategy.

• Act as a customer-facing representative on the Revenue Solutions technical team.

• Collaborate with the wider technical team, clients, and the AI Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical role.

• Experience with end-to-end project implementation, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.

• Strong grasp of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.

• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD solutions.

• Solid knowledge of PaaS and IaaS platforms, such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.

• Practical development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Salesforce Architect Certifications in both Application and System Architect.

• Proficiency in English at a full professional level.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
