📋 Description

• Engage with business users to identify reporting requirements and design dashboards and reports that enhance data visibility for leadership, business units, and general users.

• Analyze business reporting needs and convert them into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.

• Provide guidance to business users and technical team members on optimal strategies for creating reports and dashboards.

• Create dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to fulfill business requirements.

• Define best practices and standards for the development and deployment of dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.

• Set operational and refresh standards in alignment with a globally unified data strategy.

• Act as a customer-facing technical expert and work closely with the Service Cloud and AI teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical application role.

• Experience with end-to-end project implementation, including integrations with other systems such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.

• In-depth knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.

• Strong comprehension of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions.

• Good knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platforms like Heroku, AWS, and Azure.

• Practical development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Possession of Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).

• Proficient in English at a professional level.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
