Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the overall Salesforce architecture and platform strategy.

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Administrator for daily platform enhancements and support.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Lead customization efforts in Salesforce, including workflows, flows, automation, security, and data management.

• Create and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs as needed.

• Assess current Salesforce processes and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and adoption.

• Establish governance, development standards, and best practices for the platform.

• Facilitate integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members.

• Collaborate with a Business Analyst on gathering requirements, documentation, and project coordination.

• Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with Salesforce.

• More than 3 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture.

• Strong hands-on background in Salesforce configuration and development.

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance.

• Proven experience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussions.

• Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
