This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with business users to identify reporting needs and design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and general users.

• Convert business reporting requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.

• Provide guidance to business users and technical team members on optimal report and dashboard development practices.

• Create dataflows and lenses within Salesforce Einstein Analytics to fulfill business requirements.

• Set best practices and standards for the development and deployment of dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.

• Implement operational and refresh standards that are consistent with the global data strategy.

• Act as a customer-facing technical expert and work alongside the Service Cloud technical team and AI team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical application role.

• Comprehensive project implementation experience, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.

• Strong knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and integration frameworks.

• In-depth understanding of CI/CD solutions.

• Solid familiarity with PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.

• Practical development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (both Application and System Architect are preferred).

• Proficient in English with full fluency.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
