Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a customer-facing Technical Architect within the Revenue Solutions technical team.

• Engage with business users to understand reporting requirements for the design of dashboards and reports.

• Convert business reporting needs into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards.

• Provide guidance to business users and technical team members on effective development of reports and dashboards.

• Create dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

• Set best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment.

• Define operations and refresh standards in alignment with a globally coordinated data strategy.

• Collaborate with the technical team, clients, and AI team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical application role.

• Experience in end-to-end project implementation, including integrations with applications like SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.

• Strong grasp of multi-tenant architecture and integration frameworks.

• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD solutions.

• Proficient knowledge of PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.

• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Possession of Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).

• Full proficiency in English.
