This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as a technical authority for the Salesforce teams, providing guidance and liaising with stakeholders across various roles and organizational levels.
• Suggest solutions that align with both technical and business challenges.
• Implement and advocate for software engineering best practices in accordance with architectural standards.
• Work in collaboration with other teams, promoting alignment and effective communication.
• Document technical solutions and the rationale behind decisions.
• Contribute to the professional growth of fellow engineers.
• Engage in both upstream and downstream processes across multiple squads.
• Conduct integrated end-to-end (E2E) testing to enhance quality, observability, and reliability.
• Design integrations between Marketing Cloud and various backend systems.
• Develop and utilize metrics, logs, and monitoring tools to optimize operations.
• Actively seek and implement feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Experience in creating Custom Activities, Journeys, and Automations.
• Familiarity with importing and exporting data within Marketing Cloud.
• Competence in editing creatives and scripts.
• Experience in developing Data Streams, Data Models, and Calculated Insights, as well as conducting segmentation and activation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Understanding of Data Cloud principles.
• Knowledge in data modeling, governance, and development related to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in data modeling, including entities and their relationships.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in consuming APIs.
• Proficiency in building Cloud Pages.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot integrations, automations, APIs, and scripts.
• Familiarity with data governance, deduplication, and identity resolution practices in Data Cloud.
• Ability to present effectively to qualified audiences, including Product and Technology Leaders.
• Capability to engage business stakeholders and related disciplines in the decision-making process.
