Junior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create custom Salesforce objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation based on application specifications.

• Implement practical solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, and Extension List.

• Connect Salesforce with internal and external systems via SOAP, REST, Salesforce/Force.com APIs, and MuleSoft Middleware.

• Facilitate the integration of Salesforce and MuleSoft.

• Operate within a diverse SAFe/Agile Salesforce setting with limited supervision and evolving requirements.

• Offer team and technical guidance, effective communication, and coordination.

• Evaluate business needs and customer requirements to establish comprehensive acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or 5 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of education.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience along with other qualifications.

• Expertise in Salesforce out-of-the-box customization using low-code tools.

• Proficient in Apex, triggers, flows, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience in developing APIs to integrate Salesforce with file systems, databases, SharePoint, and web services.

• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling and data security protocols.

• Experience in deploying code using Copado.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and business analysis practices.

• Ability to comprehend customer requirements and Agile stories; capability to provide detailed acceptance criteria.

• Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Must be eligible to obtain a government-issued security clearance and gain access to classified information.

• Must pass relevant background checks, including criminal history, employment and education verification, drug screening, and creditworthiness evaluations.

• Copado certification is preferred.

• Experience with Section 508 compliance and accessibility testing using tools like JAWS.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps/CI/CD pipelines, and OWASP vulnerabilities.

• Experience with GitHub or Git.

• Familiarity with SSDT and MS SSRS.

• Experience in SAFe Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
