Junior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales initiatives.

• Achieve sales objectives to foster growth and enhance presence in the designated territory.

• Engage and onboard new partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management firms, and OTAs.

• Deliver comprehensive training on the system to partners.

• Cultivate robust, enduring relationships with new partners.

• Allocate approximately 10% of working hours to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.

• Conduct analysis of the market and competitive landscape.

• Provide regular detailed reporting via CRM and internal systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of proven experience in sales management or business development within B2B companies in the travel sector.

• Familiarity with the regional travel market, encompassing B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs).

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

• Strong data-driven and metrics-oriented decision-making abilities, along with solid numerical skills.

• Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, and results-driven.

• Enthusiasm for innovative technology.
