Junior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Expand the client base and diversify the product offerings for clients.

• Develop pricing strategies that benefit both clients and the organization.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Ensure projects transition seamlessly from conception to execution.

• Monitor account performance and proactively identify potential issues.

• Seek out new opportunities while maintaining precise sales forecasts.

• Recognize business prospects and convert them into contracts.

• Cultivate client relationships and create customized solutions.

• Design, implement, and assess promotional strategies for each client.

• Conduct in-person visits to stores and clients to evaluate needs, promote products, and arrange POS materials.

• Train sales teams in stores to effectively sell products.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for quickly building trust.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

• A mindset focused on curiosity and continuous learning.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in English at a C2 level.

• Sales experience in bedding or furniture is advantageous but not essential.

• A valid driver's license.
