Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Recruitment & Selection processes from start to finish

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and comprehend the technical and behavioral prerequisites for available positions

• Act as the intermediary between leadership and HR during the recruitment process

• Design and implement job advertising strategies

• Review resumes, engage in talent sourcing, and conduct proactive recruitment efforts

• Perform behavioral interviews and preliminary assessments

• Utilize technical screening criteria and evaluate cultural compatibility

• Compile evaluation reports and provide recommendations for hiring managers

• Organize and oversee each phase of the selection process

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates and leadership

• Manage offer negotiations and final agreements

• Arrange and confirm documentation for onboarding

• Coordinate with HR/Talent Acquisition, Personnel Administration/Contract Management, and hiring managers

• Supervise the hiring workflow until onboarding is successfully completed

• Update process trackers, metrics, and recruitment records

• Contribute to enhancements of internal attraction and selection processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing metrics and KPIs

• Prior experience using ClickUp

• Strong proficiency in drafting cultural and behavioral assessment reports

• Capability to align with leadership regarding open positions

• A collaborative and communicative demeanor, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Availability for remote work
