Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Organize project activities, including estimates, milestones, and interdependencies.

• Monitor scope, timeline, budget, risks, and overall delivery progress.

• Define and document both business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate the development process and eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Keep stakeholders updated and manage their expectations effectively.

• Provide support to the team while fostering a productive, people-centric work environment.

• Oversee project documentation and reporting.

• Assist in resource planning, task assignments, and team development initiatives.

• Implement current development and AI methodologies to enhance project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Project Management experience in software development.

• Proven experience in delivering projects within a complex technical landscape.

• Knowledge of contemporary software development and AI methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery oversight.

• Capability to comprehend and discuss technical requirements with engineers and clients.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• People-focused approach to team and personnel management.

• Customer-centric mindset aimed at achieving business objectives and successful delivery outcomes.

• Clear and assured communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in a multinational work environment.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Familiarity with Java or cloud-based projects is advantageous.
