Junior Project Management Consultant, German, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in international IT and business projects while acquiring practical experience in project coordination and execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams effectively.

• Organize meetings and workshops efficiently.

• Prepare agendas and document meeting minutes.

• Support daily project operations.

• Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and reporting activities.

• Transform ideas and requirements into actionable results.

• Coordinate assigned tasks and smaller project workstreams.

• Ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.

• Learn and develop in both Agile and traditional project settings under the guidance of seasoned project professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn how to work with data.

• Strong customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude in daily tasks.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with an increasing capacity to work independently.

• Basic experience or familiarity with project work in Agile or traditional environments.

• Flexibility, openness to new topics, and a positive, open-minded demeanor.

• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
