This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Provide support for daily program and project operations by coordinating meetings, crafting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Assist in the creation of project deliverables, executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Facilitate project planning, implementation, pilot activities, and performance monitoring across various digital health initiatives.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and project teams to enhance communication and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Gather, organize, and analyze project information to aid in reporting, evaluations, and data-driven decision-making.
• Track project milestones, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
• Prepare and maintain monthly implementation progress dashboards, program status reports, executive briefing materials, and other project documentation for contract reporting requirements.
• Assist in project kickoff meetings, pilot activities, training initiatives, evaluation plans, and project completion documentation.
• Perform additional programmatic and administrative tasks as assigned to support contract objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Between one (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in supporting federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives.
• Experience in supporting project coordination tasks, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minute documentation, and action item tracking.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, Word documents, and status reports.
• Proven organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Capable of analyzing information and summarizing findings into concise reports and presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• The position is contingent upon award (August/September 2026).
