Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Participate in project meetings alongside Product Owners and all relevant stakeholders.

• Collect client requirements and effectively manage their needs.

• Ensure transparency in processes, including maintaining the product roadmap.

• Lead a technical team comprising developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.

• Acquire and implement best practices in the field.

• Gain insights through certified courses and recommended literature.

• Learn to articulate business processes and extract business requirements from clients.

• Receive ongoing support from seasoned MasterBorn Product Owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Eager to learn and focused on personal growth.

• Proficient in both Polish and English (C1 level required).

• Open to utilizing AI and automation tools.

• Initial commercial experience in project management, task coordination, or leading initiatives.

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in project management.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience collaborating with technical teams (developers, designers).

• Interest in AI and curiosity about AI-driven solutions.

• Hands-on knowledge of implementing AI in projects.

• Capable of conducting workshops and leading meetings with external business clients.

• Skilled at translating ideas into simple visual representations on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns).

• Problem-solving as a fundamental approach.

• Possess an analytical mindset.

• Strong communication skills, assertive, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Experienced in collaborative environments.

• Competent in project management techniques.

• Agile mindset with adaptability.

• Good at self-management and decision-making.

• Theoretical understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Capable of leading discussions and meetings with clients.
