Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform Lead PM guidance into functional demos and concise, testable acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineers and designers.

• Collaborate daily with engineers and designers during standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demo reviews.

• Assess and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria (UAT) prior to release approval.

• Gather and consolidate customer feedback to provide clear prioritization insights for the Lead PM.

• Write release notes for launched features using simple, customer-friendly language.

• Proactively address blockers, scope issues, and edge cases with the Lead PM at the earliest opportunity.

• Function as an individual contributor reporting to a Lead Product Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, customer research, or a related field (internships included).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clear demos and create understandable release notes for shipped features.

• Comfort in collaborating directly with engineers and designers.

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Capability to distill qualitative customer feedback into concise, actionable summaries.

• Detail-oriented with a comfort level in managing QA/UAT for personal deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction, field operations, or construction technology is a plus.

• Previous hands-on experience with Stratus.build or a similar construction/PPM SaaS platform is desirable.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; E-Verify verification will occur after hiring.
