Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing the product portfolio for both new and existing products across the company's brands, on a national and international level.

• Develop products within the ERP system and ensure that product information on the website is kept up to date.

• Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate product development and implementation through effective communication and monitoring.

• Lead the design of labels and packaging by partnering with the Procurement and Graphic Design teams.

• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including adherence to Health Claims regulations.

• Oversee the coordination of product registrations.

• Assess printed and digital marketing materials intended for consumers and healthcare professionals.

• Manage the creation of labels and the processing of orders for international shipments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in product management or a field related to natural sciences, such as Nutritional Sciences or Biology.

• Relevant professional experience in product management is preferred, particularly in the OTC/pharmaceutical industry and in managing OKR projects.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

• A creative mindset and a passion for innovation.

• A results-driven and performance-oriented approach.

• Adaptability in handling unforeseen circumstances.

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.

• Good command of English.
