Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Undergo training to become a Junior Product Manager via a three-month remote/online bootcamp.

• Formulate product vision and strategy.

• Perform user research and conduct interviews.

• Generate ideas and achieve problem-solution alignment.

• Work on business models and establish product-market fit.

• Implement Lean Product Management principles and OKRs.

• Acquire knowledge in UX/UI design fundamentals, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Execute user testing and validation procedures.

• Oversee agile product development utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Create user stories and manage backlogs, roadmaps, workflows, and releases.

• Utilize product analytics, KPIs, event tracking, funnel, cohort, and retention analyses.

• Conduct software testing, report bugs, and monitor applications.

• Employ Google Analytics and Looker Studio in analysis.

• Passion for technology and digital products.

• Enjoyment in working within agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and pair programming.

• Capability to persuade customers and stakeholders regarding visions and plans.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Openness to tackle uncertain situations as challenges.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum B2 level is recommended.
