This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a product area from inception through delivery and ongoing refinement.
• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct ongoing customer discovery and user research.
• Perform data-driven analyses to identify key problems that need addressing.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage a prioritized and well-maintained backlog.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver products, measure outcomes, and iterate on improvements.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on product positioning, launches, and user adoption.
• Relay priorities, trade-offs, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize, assess, and enhance the agentic PM loop and product-analyst agents.
• Lead planning meetings for the Product Council, bringing insights from discovery, analytics, and agentic-loop data for prioritization.
• Actively engage with Sales and Customer Success in discussions during Product Council meetings.
• Maintain and present product roadmaps to the Strategic Product Council to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products in a B2B SaaS environment or a similar field.
• Proficiency in discovery processes, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, PRD creation, and defining success metrics.
• Make decisions based on customer insights and quantitative data.
• Enthusiasm and capability to collaborate with AI agents.
• Skill in identifying where automation is beneficial and where human judgment is crucial.
• Ability to foster trust with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Capability to lead effective cross-functional planning sessions.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
