Junior Power BI Analyst – Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Power BI ecosystem, which encompasses capacities, workspaces, datasets, reports, and applications.

• Manage incidents and requests submitted via ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines.

• Evaluate BI Pull Requests for compliance with quality benchmarks utilizing MeasureKiller, Tabular Editor, and tailored validation tools.

• Diagnose SQL queries to uncover discrepancies and inconsistencies in reports.

• Extract data from Databricks to assist with incident analysis and investigations.

• Record recurring incidents and aid in identifying enhancements to the environment's stability.

• Deliver support for the Power BI ecosystem, contributing to service availability, quality, and dependability.

• Engage with users and clients to address and resolve incidents and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, either completed or in progress.

• Understanding of Power BI, including workspaces, datasets, reports, applications, and a foundational grasp of capacities.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in DAX.

• Basic to intermediate expertise in SQL, including reading, writing, and debugging queries.

• Familiarity with ITSM processes.

• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Knowledge of or experience with Databricks is beneficial.

• Familiarity with tools such as MeasureKiller and Tabular Editor is a plus.
