This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, sustain, and assess quantitative models that evaluate ROI, IRR, pricing strategies, discount impacts, and gross profit margins
• Assess new product offerings, feature updates, and geographical market growth
• Execute market research and conduct due diligence for new projects
• Identify, source, and acquire market data as necessary
• Create evidence-based success metrics, KPI frameworks, and measurement strategies for product trials and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Monitor, assess, and report on commercial performance, customer uptake, and revenue outcomes of product launches and market expansions
• Gain insights into clinical workflows, applications, and the commercial value of forthcoming R&D and product initiatives
• Collaborate with teams in Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, and Sales
• Engage with customer stakeholders, pilot sites, and industry partners to collect insights, validate assumptions, and enhance go-to-market strategies
• Undertake other reasonable work tasks assigned by the company leadership
• 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or business intelligence with a focus on go-to-market strategies
• Preferred background in Healthcare IT, Software, or SaaS
• Proven experience in constructing financial models, including IRR, ROI, and P&L projections, for capital investments and product development
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline is mandatory
• Strong commercial insight and comprehension of SaaS financial metrics, margins, and investment evaluation frameworks
• Ability to identify and acquire external data sources and convert market research into actionable business strategies
• Capability to understand clinical workflows and convey product functionalities as commercial and health system benefits
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in presenting financial analyses and market insights to leadership and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills essential for collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Strategic Partnerships
• High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, BI software, and data analysis applications
• Excellent organizational, project, and timeline management skills
• Ability to function effectively in a remote setting with regular cross-department collaboration
• Some travel may be necessary for customer/pilot site visits, conferences, and strategic planning meetings in Canada and the USA
