Junior Payment Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients and key stakeholders on the client side.

• Gain insights into client business models, operational workflows, and payment-related requirements.

• Track and anticipate essential payment performance metrics.

• Formulate development plans for designated clients.

• Work in conjunction with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers, and other stakeholders to address issues and achieve successful results.

• Convey client needs and feedback to internal teams.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance account management processes and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in client-facing roles focused on relationship management, account management, or customer success.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (B2 or higher).

• Native-level proficiency in Russian.

• Solid understanding of the IT industry and key business processes.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and advance professionally.

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) sectors is a plus.

• Prior account management experience is desirable.

• Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming industry is a plus.

• Basic understanding of platform functionality and knowledge of Devcode is a plus.
