Junior Partnership Reconciliation Manager

📋 Description

• Evaluate partnership agreements with game providers to pinpoint essential commercial, financial, licensing, and operational terms.

• Engage with game providers to gather and verify details regarding game portfolios, licensing prerequisites, due diligence processes, and collaboration models.

• Conduct financial assessments and reconcile partner and client data to detect discrepancies and ensure precise outcomes.

• Compile and validate monthly reports utilizing 1C, scrutinize calculation methodologies, and identify areas for system or process enhancements.

• Examine financial and operational trends among assigned partners and clients, emphasizing deviations and potential optimization opportunities.

• Work alongside Product and other internal teams to enhance reconciliation processes and contribute to the development of the Game Aggregator product.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Proficient in Russian at a B2+ level.

• Background in reconciliation, financial analysis, account management, operations, or a comparable analytical role.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the capability to investigate discrepancies and comprehend calculation logic.

• Proficient in Excel and adept at handling large datasets and financial information.

• Familiarity with commercial or financial documents such as foreign trade agreements, invoices, and related paperwork.

• Experience with 1C, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics and reporting tools (preferred).

• Background as an Account Manager or in a partner-facing position (preferred).

• Experience with analytics, reporting, or financial reconciliation systems (preferred).

• Previous experience in iGaming or in collaboration with game providers (preferred).
