Junior Partner Account Manager – Spanish, English, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational and analytical functions independently, from setting goals to executing tasks and monitoring results.

• Examine statistics, reports, and essential partner performance indicators to pinpoint opportunities for quality enhancement.

• Collaborate with the team and cross-functional stakeholders to devise and execute quality sufficiency strategies.

• Assist and manage partners utilizing Bitrix CRM, handling both complex and unconventional requests.

• Play a role in refining partner-related processes and tools, including CRM systems, reporting frameworks, documentation, and internal policies.

• Work in tandem with internal teams to meet common efficiency and cost-reduction objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, and communication) - C1+

• Competent in English (reading, writing, and communication) - B1+

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Background in negotiations, collaborating with contractors and partners, and handling claims.

• Confident in managing data within tables (Google Sheets, Excel).

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
