This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Provide support, analysis, configuration, and enhancement for designated Oracle modules and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and assess business cases.
• Assist in proposing scalable Oracle solutions.
• Create functional specifications and oversee testing coordination.
• Engage with developers throughout the solution design, implementation, and production deployment phases.
• Examine complex production issues and execute root cause analysis.
• Implement sustainable long-term solutions.
• Act as a primary functional resource for Order Management and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate functional discussions and document business requirements.
• Provide production support while juggling multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation that encompasses requirements, logic, testing, and corrections.
• Support production deployments and stabilization activities following go-live.
• Assist with implementation projects as necessary.
• Travel may be required for implementation project go-lives, typically less than 10%.
• Typical work distribution: project/process improvements 50%, user support 25%, documentation 15%, Oracle implementation projects 10%
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle EBS Order Management and Supply Chain applications.
• Proven experience collaborating with global business organizations to implement Oracle solutions and enhance business processes.
• Functional expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management, Consignment, Shipping, RMA, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory applications.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and a solid understanding of the planning engine.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and convert them into formal functional specifications and engineering requirements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to engage in functional discussions and drive practical solutions across both business and technical teams.
• Oracle Workflow and Approvals Management (AME) experience preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting global organizations across various time zones is preferred.
• Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and comply with relevant ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Must be able to identify ITAR products and comprehend access restrictions pertaining to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
• Must recognize Foreign Person visitors through badge differentiation and follow authorization protocols.
• Must understand export and ITAR requirements for shipments departing the US.
• Must manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
