Junior Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor and oversee projects, contracts, budgets, costs, revenue, and profit margins

• Assist in forecasting and recognizing revenue

• Track the allocation, capacity, and utilization of professional resources

• Develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Detect variances, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for improvement

• Aid in process mapping, organization, and automation initiatives

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Sales, and other departments

• Must possess an analytical, organized, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams

• Strong interest in processes, data analysis, and metrics

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously

• A curious mindset with a desire to learn

• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish at intermediate to advanced levels for professional communication

• Preferred: background in Operations, PMO, Project Controlling, Finance, or Business Operations

• Preferred: familiarity with Excel, Qlik, or BI tools

• Preferred: knowledge of or interest in AI and process automation

• Preferred: experience in budgeting, forecasting, project management, or financial controls

• Strong communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to convert business requirements into effective, scalable solutions

• Capacity to influence decisions and cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders

• An analytical and problem-solving orientation
